Raster To Vector

About This Project

Raster images are like a painting with pixels and are more common, in formats like JPEG and PNG, they are mainly for web use, whereas Vector images are like drawings, and used in a wide range of areas like, engineering and 3D graphics. In raster, one paints the image and in vector, one draws the outline of the shapes.

For this project we created Vectors from Raster images in a lot of detail. The raster images we had, had blended colours, and we had to draw the outline of the images to make sure the edges of all the colours and shapes were more defined. This way each shape of the images displayed as one single colour.
